C:\WINDOWS\php.in在setcookie 函数之前 不能有页面输出包括空白，换行，ECHO或是其他字符输出！php.ini 里修改output_buffering = on修改php.ini中的session.auto_start = 0 为 session.auto_start = 1C:\WINDOWS\php.in*******************************************Warning:

on line 3/inc/conn.php里面的这句去掉header("Content-Type:text/html;Charset=utf-8");要是去了这一句还是不可以，这一句保留去了这个上面的一句session_start();
